Return Policy

All Sales Final after 7 days from delivery date.

Within the 7 day window, we happily take back unopened product for store credit with MedicineShoppeSalisbury.com.

• Email medicineshoppe445@gmail.com for return authorization within 7 days of delivery. Please include your name, invoice number or email address, item(s) to be returned, and lot number and expiration date of each item. 

• You must be the original purchaser of the product and be able to provide an invoice number or email address from the order.

• Once you receive return approval from us (which takes no more than 2 business days), ship the new, unopened product in a bubble mailer with your account information. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

• Once received, The Medicine Shoppe will issue you a store credit minus initial shipping costs in the form of a promo code. You can use the store credit on future purchases from medicineshoppesalisbury.com. Store credits are valid for 1 year from issue date.
