OUR MOBILE APP

Our new Mobile App RXLocal provides a more convenient way to interact with our pharmacy.

Mobile app instructions

1. Select "Register for an Account Now"

2. Select "North Carolina" and "Salisbury"

3. Choose "The Medicine Shoppe"

4. Input Last Name, RX #, and Date of Birth

*All of the above need to match our data base so if i doesn't work, please contact us.

5. Input a Username and Password

6. Set a Pin Number

*You will use this to login going forward

1. Once you login to the app, select "Refill Medications"

2. Click on the person who is needing to refill their medication

3. Choose one or multiple medications to be refilled

4. Select "Pickup" or "Delivery" and then select "Submit Refill"

5. Receive a Confirmation Email

1. Once you login to the app, select "Reminders"

2. Select "Create New Reminder"

3. Select the person for whom you're creating the reminder

4. Select the medication you wish to create a reminder for, and select "Continue"

5. Use the tabs to select the frequency of the reminder and select "Continue"

6. Set Reminder time and Select "Save Reminder"
